Unless otherwise specified in writing, pre-existing tools, templates, and proprietary processes remain the property of PeaceFrog Productions. Final approved deliverables are transferred or licensed according to the terms of the governing client agreement following full payment.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the applicable agreement terms. Fees for approved work completed through the termination date remain due and payable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeaceFrog Productions LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of this website or services. Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
